🛍️ 1. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We accept multiple payment methods, including Klarna, credit/debit cards, and other secure processors.

Klarna may perform a soft credit check if you choose “Pay Later” or “Pay in 3.”

FitMiss does not store full card or payment details; all transactions are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers.

📦 2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery timelines may vary based on courier performance, location, or peak periods.

FitMiss is not responsible for delays outside our control.

🔁 3. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 365-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all supplement purchases (excluding Klarna orders).

If you’re not satisfied, email us at hello@fitmiss.co.uk with your order number.

Eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 365 days of delivery (or 14 days for Klarna purchases as required by Klarna).

  • You must return the pouch (empty or unused).

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

All returns must comply with our full Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

❌ 4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting hello@fitmiss.co.uk.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our Refund Policy.

FitMiss supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always consult a healthcare professional before using supplements, particularly if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

All content on FitMiss.co.uk — including branding, text, images, graphics, and product designs — is the intellectual property of FitFuzion Ltd and may not be used without permission.

🔐 7. Fraud, Abuse & Misuse Policy

FitFuzion Ltd reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund orders where fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • excessive quantity purchases

  • repeated or suspicious refund requests

  • returns inconsistent with normal, reasonable use

  • tampering with packaging or product

  • chargeback abuse

  • using multiple accounts to exploit promotions or guarantees

  • behaviour inconsistent with typical consumer activity

This policy exists to protect genuine customers and ensure fairness.

📦 8. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

FitMiss is not liable for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If the courier marks an order as “delivered”, FitMiss is not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
Assistance may be offered at our discretion but is not guaranteed.

🛒 9. Order Limits & Right to Refuse Service

FitFuzion Ltd reserves the right to:

  • limit order quantities

  • refuse service

  • cancel orders

  • block accounts

  • restrict website access

in cases where purchases or behaviour appear suspicious, fraudulent, or inconsistent with normal consumer use.

⚙️ 10. Website Errors

In the event of website errors — including pricing mistakes, checkout issues, stock inaccuracies, or display glitches — FitFuzion Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend orders before dispatch.

⚖️ 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, FitFuzion Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • loss of profits, data, or revenue

  • claims arising from misuse of products

  • reliance on information provided on the website

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

📘 12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
